Convert time EST to CST and IST

  Hi,
  I have created SSRS report, based on the filter data should change for time columns

  Default data stored in EST, If user select "CST" time should display in CST time and same for IST too.

  Unfortunately we are not stored the data in UTC standard

  Please let me know if any questions, Thanks for help.

  Should the date-times be just displayed in different time zone, or filtering conditions should also change?
