Chart Point Labels problem

    In my Point Labels expression, I have an If statement to display "No Goal" if value is zero. It works fine locally on Visual Studio, but when I deploy to the Report Server, the last item (Team Leader) is missing "No Goal". Is this an issue with the server's web browser rendering the chart?

    I have seen this before, and it was correctecd by checking the Side Margins checkbox on the axis property tab.
