I Setup a pull Merge Replication between two SQL2K ,
The l subscriber already has the schema ,
The snapshot agent runs successfully,
The Merge agent is not the error :
The process could not deliver the snapshot to the
subscriber.
The details of the error :
* AgentMerge Replication Provide-
2147201001
Error description: The process could not deliver the
snapshot to the subscriber.
* Agent subscriber Name20037
Error description :The process could not bulk copy into
table "dbo"."Msmerge_contents"
*ODBC ODBC SQL Server Drivers0
error description: Unable to open BCP host Data-File
Any idea will be appreciated?

Sounds like a disk permission problem - snapshots bcp the data out to disk, then bcp back in on the subscriber.

That error usually means the bcp file can not be found.
It appears your subscriber has succesfully connected to your ftp server but the file it's looking for is not there.
Your root directory on the ftp server should be similiar to:
C:\mssql7\repldata\ftp ( for sql server 7.0)
Upon manual connection to your ftp server you should see a folder named:
<servername>_<pubdb>_<pubname>
