Looking for possibility create dataset based on output PowerShell script
Need solution other then using xp_cmdshell

The custom code option only supports VB and is for code being used in expressions.
You could output the results to a CSV file as there are ways to use csv files as data sources in SSRS. But the last I looked, it involved creating a DSN which I don't think is a decent option so I never looked any further.
It seems that you should be able to dump the results to a SQL Server table and use that as the data source though.
