Just for yourself, or a centralised solution for everyone?

If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

  • Do you mean data captured from SQL Audit? Or do you mean track all activity that is executed through SSMS? If it's the latter, you can set up some auditing/extended events to look for the program name from sys.dm_exec_sessions, but this isn't guaranteed. It might be good enough for you, but be aware that this could be a problem.

Typically the name is " Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio - Query", but this might be different across different SSMS versions.
