Restarting the RPC service was not an option on my server - so I rebooted it.

Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem.

The users definitely have access to the database.

This is how I am granting access via the report manager:

Go to report manager

Click on a folder

Click on Properties

Click on Security

Click Add New...
