do u know a way to save the trace results to a table just like the profiler dose..(on line)

am executing this statement from the management studio.

u can add a step to the job to send the mail u wanted.

and adjust the last step so on success go to the new stpe u have just created.

run this command to check ur instance name SELECT @@SERVERNAME.

there are two procedures running when i run the backup job, am considering to addjust them and see what happens.

i was thinking of Idera have u tried it?

i mean that like when the CPU hits 90% an email notification will be send to the administrator or when there is a dead lock...etc..

i have created a domain account and add it to both sql servers, it worked finally.

I DIDNT WORKED...nither SQL Configuration manager nor SQL Surface Area configuration!!!!

i have downloaded the WMI Diagnosis utility, and troubleshooting the WMI problems, and i will try as u have said.
