If drive is full and it contains only data files, can we consider shrinking using TRUNCATEONLY?

When the database goes to suspect state, it cannot be backed up(Full/Diff/Tlog), correct?

How about changing the recovery model to simple and then change back to Full and then take a fresh backup

You are correct. It refers to the index in the attached image. Its definition is as below:

I tried rebuilding the index with fillfactor=80 yesterday night. I checked the fragmentation and it is 98%. I will rebuild the index with fillfactor=80 tonight.
