Did you enter data that filled all variable length fields completely? Remember: Amit's code estimates the size of the table based on every variable length field being completely filled in....

Wouldn't it be incorrect to compare this script to an existing table, since the script is meant to estimate a table's size

That looks great but it gives me all nulls if the column doesnot have alternative identifirer for the product.
how do i handle that.

Nice idea.An alternative is to use SSMS 2008's in-built data scripting functionality:

Looks like you're using expressions to construct the sql statement to be executed by the SQL task. That is the preferred method. It is better then trying to map parameters...
