  HI all

  this is my scenario :

  I Have a server Proliant ( 4gb RAM, 4 CPU 2.3 Ghz)

  sql server 2000 sp4

  CIsco ICm Service Installed

  Cisco Web View Services Installed

  Problem :

  Sometimes the CPU of server Increase until at 100% of usage

  questions:

  Have you experience with ICM CIsco Application and Sql Server about troubleshooting Problems?

  Hi,

  There are lot of things need to be monitor if the usage leads to 100%.

  --run the below script which gives longest running queries list.

  Try to modify the top most queries by doing necessary changes.

  If still not found any improvement, simply upgrade the RAM which will surely improves the performance.
