Quantitive Measuring of Quality in Internal Departments

  • Guys, good morning.

    I think i have an interesting subject for you to help me out! 🙂 I was asked today to establish for 4 organizational departments KPI's that will show the quality and performance of each of the departments.

    These Departments are IT, MIS (where i work), Procurement, and HR...

    Let me hear your thoughts, but not only them... any description of actual metrics will be an excellent help!

    How do you measure quality and performance in the departments?

    The department wise metrics can vary according to the nature of work of departments.

    An HR department worth KPI is more depends on the recruitment of number of Quality people.

    An IT will have its own KPI's such as the quality of product and its sustainability in the market.

    When we are going to give the representation via BI, we have to take account of all this ..Whats the BI front end tool your are going to use..?
