I get the following error message when trying to perform any transaction on a MS SQL SErver 2000 (SP3) DB:
Server: Msg 3624, Level 20, State 1, Line 1
Location: p:\sql\ntdbms\storeng\drs\include\record.inl:1447
Expression: m_SizeRec > 0 && m_SizeRec <= MAXDATAROW
SPID: 53
Process ID: 948
Connection Broken
I have read MS article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=827714 but can not get hold of MS support.
Anybody with any good ideas on solving this?
Regards
Raino

Haven't seen it, but have you tried the patch in the article? When you say you couldn't get MS support, what does that mean? did you call the PSS hotline? It's always manned.

Could you perhaps give me the PSS number?

Please check this discussion:

It was eventually fixed up running this a few times:
dbcc checkdb (bwyzil,repair_allow_data_loss)
