Linked Server to Access via Jet4.0

    I have a new install of SQL Express 2008. I'm trying to create a linked server to a legacy Access 2003/2000 mdb file but the OLE DB Jet 4.0 entry isn't in the Providers list when I create a new linked server. I have Access 2007 installed and my MDAC is up to date but not Jet entry....I've done this dozens of times before....is there something I am missing that was available with sqlexpress 2005 concerning oledb and jet?

    I just checked my Linked server providers and I have both ACE and JET which is for older Access so if you don't have it you may want to install Management Studio Express. Then go to Server Objects then Linked Server.
