remote server database connection problem

  but the other remote server databse is open but only one server database is not open,but it is open through asp.net code behind through connection string.so the password,userid,IP and database is correct.is there any other procedure to connect with remote server database?please tell me.

  my procedures are attached. check the actual error.

  Try restarting the SQL Server Service(after hours or during maintenance window). Sometimes the Linked server gets hung up.
