I have a client running SQL Server 2000. They are now havinf trouble connecting to the server only on machines running Windows XP. They are able to connect on the machine using Windows ME. They are also able to connect directly to the server from My Computer. The problem is in the ODBC in that it does not see the server at all. Any thoughts

FIrst try the latest MDAC from Microsoft. http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/nhp/Default.asp?contentid=28001860 in most cases this corrects the issue which may be a poor install of those components or an incorrect level.

One more thing:
