Please can anyone in the house help me out with this :-
Have be trying to get tutorial on business intelligent and have found it difficult to get the video tutorail.. can anyone in the house plz help me for this ?...

Business intelligence is not a single product, it is an entire field.
You first need to know what product you will focus on, for example the Microsoft BI stack using SQL Server. In this BI stack, you have currently SSIS (ETL tool), SSAS (OLAP tool) and SSRS (reporting tool).
Make a choice first, and then search for video tutorials.

throw in some SharePoint integration with Performance Point content as well....get ready to have your Reporting mind-set blown!
