hi,
I have seen these error on my database will u plz tell me what is this actully i dont know this errors .I am not certain at this stage what has caused this error. All the scheduled SQL jobs are OK, and the system is working normally. I will keep an eye on this server for any more errors.
but i want to know abt these errors so plz help me
ERR SQL Server : [sqsrvres] CheckQueryProcessorAlive: sqlexecdirect failed
ERR SQL Server : [sqsrvres] printODBCError: sqlstate = 08S01; native error = 0; message = [Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Communication link failure

This could be related to SQL server clustering,
check your system logs to see if there are any errors that would prevent the clustering service from connecting to the SQL server

I plugged your error message into Google and what came up was a bunch of stuff about clustering. I didn't read much of it, but that might be a good place for you to start.

Also, are you having issues on the cluster, or are you looking into what these messages mean.
