Published last week on SQLServerCentral, Sweat Files and Practice Projects is about the need/lack of packaged projects that a newbie SQL Server DBA/SSIS/BI person can use to exercise skills. I’m going to try writing a couple later in the year. They don’t need to be big and I think they can be both specific and vague, as long as their is a support forum they can peruse after giving it a try on their own.
