Dear All,
Am Using SQL 2008,
My Database State is shwoing as Offline,
Please help me out ,Where can i check first and how to resolve this issue..

Right click database -> tasks -> bring online

I'd also suggest checking the error logs to see if you can tell why the database is offline.

Well, Thank u all,
Can you pls share what are the main reasons for that.what is the immediate actoin i have to take to recover that DB.
If I select Online by right clicking on that DB,It is showing error again .

A database will go into the offline state if someone explicitly sets it offline. Errors cause other states
If I select Online by right clicking on that DB,It is showing error again .
And the error message would read.....????
