Error log getting full.

  • My error log was keep on increasing and consuming entire disk space because of below error.

An exception occurred while enqueueing a message in the target queue. Error: 9728, State: 1. Cannot find the security certificate because the lookup database principal ID (9) is not valid. The security principal may have been dropped after the conversation was created.

  • Service Broker gone wild? Check SB DMVs.

  • It's Service Broker, but there's not that much more of use. You're going to have to debug Service Broker and figure out why it's throwing errors. Certificates in database 9 may be a good place to start

  • The database in which this error is through is in mirroring.

I am not aware how to troubleshoot it.

Can any one give some point here i need to start debugging

  • It's a service broker error. Do some reading on Service Broker architecture and security requirements, then trace through what you have any where the error's coming from.
