Using CSV(cluster share volume) support filestream feature for SQL Server2014

    I am looking for information on using CSV storage for a windows 2012r2 Hyper-V cluster configuration.

    The cluster will be used by SQL Server 2014.

    Mainly, does it support filestream.

    I have not found much documentation for using Cluster shared volumes with SQL Server 2014.

    There was a session at Tech-Ed 2014 on the subject.

    SQL Server 2014 is the first version to support CSV storage.

    Is anyone using this configuration in a production environment?

    I asked the same question to Microsoft, and the answer was :

    Can’t use CSV (or any SMB configuration) for FileStream.
