  hi

  i want to use expression in text box,it it is blank,then need to put ? else field value.how to do that

  i am using

  iif(filed= " " , "?" ,filed),doesnt work

  Could you try:

  iif(filed=Empty , "?" ,filed)

  Just curious, maybe " " isn't really in that field after all!

  (Its worth noting that when I tried the expression for a column called "note", it was more like:)

  =Iif(Fields!Note.Value=Nothing,"?",Fields!Note.Value)

  instead of just 'Note'

  You can use following :-

  =IIF(Fields!column.Value="" OR ISNOTHING(Fields!column.Value),"?",Fields!column.Value)
