Read only access to Data Sources

    Hi All,

    I have a situation in 2005 Reporting Services whereby I need to allow users to publish reports and set a data source for thereport, but, I need to stop the same users from editing or deleting any data source.

    Is there any permission that will give users a read only view of data sources without allowing them to edit or drop them?

    I can't find a view-only role.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Issue resolved through the use of a custom item level role.
