SSRS deployment through a job??

    Hi Guys,

    Can we deploy the ssrs report through a job? i.e.Can we schedule the job to perform the deployment by itself.

    There'sa way to script that and I guess it could be scheduled.

    Why do you need to do it like that?

    I need to automate the report generation.It would be fine,If i could schedule the job to deploy and get the report to my mail.

    Then I think you have to do either or...

    You can add a subcription on the report and have it sent to you. But the report has to deployed before you do that.

    Maybe there's a way to script out subscriptions but I've never seen that before.
