Would someone please point me to some Backups for Dummies articles that shows how to automate the backing up of a SQLServer database?

In management studio, you want to look at Maintenance Plans.

This article is for 2005[/url] but it's all applicable to 2008. There are just a few new things you can do in 2008 like compression.
