Hey I have installed SP4 patch for almost 6 windows clusters but in one of the cluster I am seeing weird error. The step fails during the Remote User Account screen as soon as I enter the domain user account i.e is the sql service acount. The verification steps fails.
Error msg
Your account information could not be verified
Pres Ok to return to Authentication Mode screen to determine the reason for failure.
For setup to verify your credentials the services must be startable, connectable, and you must be a SQL Administor
Note : The service account I am using has local admin permission as well as sql admin permission. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
