The CPUID website has a screenshot of CPU-Z 1.55.2, showing its support for the upcoming 32nm Sandy Bridge processor, which is due to be released in 2011. The specific processor they ran it against is the 3.10GHz Core i5 2400. This processor has four cores, but does not have hyper-threading, (since the Core count matches the Thread count).
AnandTech did a performance preview of Sandy Bridge back in late August, which showed much better integrated graphics performance than the current 32nm Arrandale, and significantly better overall CPU performance than the current Core i5 processors.
I have not heard any specifics about server versions of Sandy Bridge processors yet.
