HI, ALL
i have a servay database SER_db and it gets data feeds from the servays which is taken my our call center people and the issue is the data geta into the data base but when the clients what to see the resulta they cant get any data , can any one suggest whats going are where i have to look into.

Do they get an error trying to access the data ?
Were they able to get data before, but now they can't ?
What application or method are they using ?

How are they trying to get it? Is there an application? A web page? Do they just query the data through SQL Management Studio?

Okay, so we now know the application. Can you answer the rest of these questions please? And if they are getting an error message, please post the exact text of that error message.
