Best place to start is BOL (Books Online). It can provide you much of the information you are looking for regarding backups.

Thanks,
But there are no topics for incremental backup in Books online. I need to learn how to setup incremental bakps that runs every 4 hours and how can i get it to restore during a crash.
Any help or documents highly appreciated..
