hi friends
we are taking 2 days once full backup in week and every 3 hour diff backup
and every 15 mins log backup
suppose server failed in 3.20 Pm , i will restore 1 full backup +3.00 pm Diff backup+ 3.15 Pm Log backup
then how we can get the 5 mins data

restore the last backup only, if your are taking the backups as you have mentioned

Before you start the restore sequence take a backup of the current log. this assumes you can get to the log - which is why raid 1 for logs is a "good idea". This log backup is sometimes referred to as a backup of the tail of the log. This contains those updates since the last log backup.
Then do exactly as you suggested - restore latest FULL, then latest DIFF, then all logs in sequence since the latest diff (including the one you just made above) to get everything back to a few seconds before it all went wrong. I would practice this on a test db - far less stressful than doing it for real on a live system!

This is really an area you need to read the full detail and understand the implications of your decisions.
