Sub Report works in BIDS but not Internet Explorer

    Hi,

    I have a main report and a sub report. The main report passes parameters to the sub report.

    I use text properties->navigation->Jump To Report to achieve this.

    I am very confused because the sub report works fine within the main report within BIDS showing the relevant data with the relevant parameters showing.

    However within Internet Explorer the same sub report called within the main report returns no records.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry, I'm replying to my own post!

    Basically I missed a parameter on the main report which the sub report expects. Once I added the missing parameter the sub report worked within Internet Explorer as well as BIDs.

    Still a bit confused as to why BIDS did not pick this up.
