It seems in order to print out the hidden collapsed rows is to expand them. Is there a way to expand ALL of them at once?

Set the visibility toggle item to some report item outside the scope of the table/matrix, for example another text box (hope I understood your question correctly)

Great idea! Does SRS have a command button because I dont see it in the Toolbox?

No command buttons. You use the Text Box item for that purpose. First create the text box and when you select that textbox to be the toggle item, RS will create a + icon (that handles the action) on the textbox.

Ok I will need further help here. I already have the detail row's Visibility.Hidden = True, Visibility.ToggleItem = ticket_nbr. Ticket_nbr is a textbox in a Group Header. I've added a textbox in the Page Header called Toggle. Now which object do I set the Visbility.ToggleItem = Toggle? I cant set it on the detail row because that's already been used.

I don't think you can do both - it's either expand/collapse all at once, or per group.

You could do it by adding a report parameter (e.g. ShowAll) and having the initial visibility of the rows to be based on the parameter value. Of course the report will have to be rerun for it to take effect.

You guys are awesome! The report takes a second to run so re-querying is not an issue. The managers will love this!
