Good morning All,
I was wondering if you guys have had any experience configuring
Transactional replication from primary location to a backup site.
This is a disaster recovery project, replication will run over T3 connection
And distance between those two locations is aprox 80 miles. How does it affects
Replication?

There are lots of variables. If you have one transaction every few hours and it is a small transaction, you will get very different results from large transactions happening constantly.
The distance is not much of a concern, you seem to have enough bandwidth. I would expect it to be likely to work if you have a system that is at least reasonably transactional replication friendly and the workload is not ridiculously large.
Do some testing to determine the latency you will get and the bandwidth used up. Also plan for connection loss.
