Asing Most Resources for an especific Login

  My boss is asking me if  Sql Server 20005 has the option to asign cpu procesor time or to asign more resources or more priority for an especific login, he told me that on Sybase it is possible.

  Other thing is to know how to improve performance issues trying to load objetcs in memory.

  I have never seen this option but if its there its is probably in the Enterprise Edition.

  For interests sake how is it done on Sybase
