The System\Processor Queue Length counter is averaging 5 for my database server. There is only one CPU in the box.
The Processor(_Total)\%Processor Time is averaging about 50%.
The Process(sqlservr\%Processor Time is about 50% also.
Why is it queuing and only averaging about 50% total processor time?
