uninstalling sql 2005 impact as 2005?

  I have a BI environment, enterprise SQL 2005 AS 2005. I have to uninstall SQL 2005 and was wondering if someone could let me know if this will have a negative impact on my AS 2005 install i.e. drop my cubes, corrupt the as 2005 install, etc?

  Any help would greatly be appreciated.

  I don't think it will corrupt/delete your cubes but if your cubes are accessing the data from the uninstalled sql then cube refresh will fail...

  Make sure you have the backup of your cubes...incase if anything happens...
