  What do the following errors mean?

  SQL Server has encountered 2 occurrence(s) of cachestore flush for the 'Bound Trees'

  SQL Server has encountered 2 occurrence(s) of I/O requests taking longer than 15 seconds to complete

  Have requested the hardware be checked for the second error, Min and max memory are not the same ,the server has 3.7g of ram

  Had a thread opened on the second error in this forum but never encoutered the second error.

  And possibly switch "Autoclose" to False in the DB options...
