If you haven't even tried to resolve your issue, please don't expect the hard-working volunteers here to waste their time providing links to answers which you could easily have found yourself.

I believe the poor chap had a terrible job interview and that he has posted the questions he got.
Now he wants the answers to those questions so that he can cheat on the next job interview.
(Instead of looking into BOL or searching the net for some tutorials. Or - and now I'm just going crazy here - read a book about the SSIS).
