Excel Destination causes blank rows to be written in the excel file?

    I am using an excel destination where in I am writing data from a table and then I ftp the file. The excel file that gets created has a couple blank rows added in the beginning. That is the data gets written to the file from the 3rd row onwards. I would appreciate if you can please let me know how to correct this?

    Any inputs will be much appreciated.

    Try to clear all cells from this worksheet before writing to it. May be it has any older external data source in this area.

    change the logic while exporting data into excel.

    I am using a blank sheet each time and I am using excel destination so there is no logic involved.
